Eat, sleep, breathe, Richard Wilson has resorted to installing a hammock on his front porch to relax in but even that does not stop him thinking about dezrezPM! Leading the project, our Technical Director has become an expert in all things Property Management! Richard works closely with both of our industry experts Cliff and Susie to ensure we are on the right tracks with our processes, prototypes and development.

Cliff Calcutt is the jam to our bread, “teacher of knowledge”. Cliff has joined the team as Project Manager/Business Development expert. He holds the dezrezPM project team together and provides us with project management skills that simply make us work smarter and more productively. An industry leading Project Manager/Change Consultant, Cliff keeps us on track with the project, makes sure we are organised, and ensures that we always have the user in our mind when developing the product.

Susie Crolla is an industry expert in property management specifically offering consultancy to agents looking to improve their business. Susie is the CEO of The Guild of Letting Management and her expertise is invaluable, guiding us to build a compliant, process driven property management and accounting product. Susie is helping us dot the i’s and cross the t’s, advising us on best practice, business development, and ensuring our product helps agents remain compliant at all times. We are extremely lucky to have Susie on the team.

Every team of developers needs a leader, and the man in charge of dezrezPM is Kevin Sullivan. Not only is Kevin a master of property management, and able to code a highly complicated accounting package with his eyes closed, but his love for the lettings industry has led him to become a landlord and manage his own properties in his spare time. Look out tenants, this landlord knows his stuff! Kevin has the neatest desk in the office and his attention to detail shows through in his work.

For the past 6 months our PM developers new to the company, have been up to their necks in code building the backbone to the new property management software. So a few more grey hairs than expected, and a copy of The Negotiator a permanent fixture on their bedside tables, what a challenge it has been! Guided by their manager Kevin these boys are preparing to take property management to a whole new level!

With the development, expert advice and processes in hand, who were we going to send out on the road to test our ideas with our customers? Account Manager and Project Co-ordinator Freya fits the bill, with over 7 years’ experience at dezrez and 15 years renting properties! She has been busy travelling across the UK speaking to agents, getting their ideas, checking our prototypes and feeding back to the rest of the team. Look out for her on her travels; she may well be calling in to your office soon.
