Dezrez

Dezrez was founded in 2000 by two friends with the original idea to become a property portal. This was before the name "portal" had even been coined! It turned out that we were not the only ones with this idea and when Asserta and Rightmove arrived with multi million pound funding we knew we were up against it. To compete, we added value to our offering by giving our customers tools that helped them run their office. It wasn't long before we realised that our talent lay in providing tools for estate agents. By listening to our agents and continuing to work with them on the development of our product, we became the first online estate agency software provider.

Dezrez is so much more than a piece of software. The company has grown from an idea to a few simple tools to a suite of facilities. We have changed from selling software to becoming a service provider. Our ranges of products have expanded from software to include professional services such as conveyancing and tenant referencing. Our facilities are now essential to the successful estate agent.

Dezrez has been proud to be at the bleeding edge of technology. This has meant we had several different looks to the software. In fact we’ve had several variations of our logo. Come with us down memory lane, where the following images show you what “dezrez past” has looked like.

Dezrez has grown substantially since its inception. As a dotcom start-up we had the clichéd beginnings in a bedroom. Since then we have outgrown 3 other offices including two techniums, and now find ourselves in our own building.
