As comfortable in the world of estate agents as they are surfing and windsurfing on the local beaches, the directors have driven dezrez to be the best software solution for Estate agents. A great feat since one eye is always on the surf report! The team are enthusiastic and keen to ensure the future success of dezrez and ever increase the quality of our product and service.

We have built up a fantastic team of geeks powered by caffeine drinks and the occasional take-a-way. Our support bods are experts in all things dezrez. They get a kick out of going above and beyond, and are always happy to dish out a bit of advice or answer a plea for help and are never further than a click away.

Amazingly, hippies and wannabe rappers make the best of friends, or so it appears from our branding department. This team will ensure that your public image, website and printed media is smart, well turned out and immaculately presented. Best of all they are always ready to breakdance at the slightest hint of a ringtone.

What do Olympic champions, responsible dog-owners, and the most successful dezrez agents have in common? They all know the value of good training. Here at the dezrez training team we have the best job in the company; we travel the length and breadth of the country, developing a taste for service station coffee and Ginsters pasties, meeting nice people who are eager to learn how to get the most out of dezrez. The first thing to teach you is that we're always ready to help, approachable and flexible – Chris does Pilates.

Our team of techies are split between the follically challenged, and the overweight. In some circumstances, they are both. Motivated by a hatred of bugs, server gremlins and moving goalposts, they need to be fed on tea, sandwiches and cup-cakes in order to stay online. Thriving amongst noobs and people with skill, they often travel in their respective roflcopters, or, if the local airways are clogged, lollerskates.

What do account managers do? Well, depending on which dezrez staff member you ask, the answer would be “have lots of meetings”, “nag”, or “not very much”. Of course there’s a lot more to it than outward appearances would suggest. The ‘fluffy’ minority in a ‘techy’ company, our account managers are fluent in translating between geekspeak and plain English (or Welsh!). Over the years we’ve all served our time in other departments and between us have covered most of the jobs at dezrez so our knowledge and experience means we can offer you an unparalleled service. With temperaments ranging all the way from “so laid back he’s practically horizontal” to “neurotic with a tendency to flap” we have an account manager to suit every agency. We’re always happy to speak to our agents, except around 1pm on a Friday when our weekly Thai takeaway takes precedence.

Our accounts team will answer your questions (as long as it is not about their ages! ) and be very helpful unless you don’t pay your account on time then beware!! We know that getting your properties onto the portals can feel like end of the world stuff, especially with an irate Vendor breathing down your neck! That’s why our portal team are trained to investigate, assist developers and schmooze with the portal account managers (Rhys Daniels thinks he’s James Bond) in order to ensure your properties get seen by the public as soon as possible. Whatever the query and however a customer contacts us, we aim to deliver a fabulous service that will blow our agents socks off.

Although they resemble a walking advert for Apple, our data migration dept manage to achieve the equivalent of turning water in to wine on a daily basis - they help our new customers leave our competitors and start their new and exciting life with dezrez.

Peddler, ego, pushy, dealer, a little bit waaay, brill cream, smarm, pinstripe – None of these words come to mind when you meet our sales team! Just friendly guys looking for a chat about your business and discuss the best ways for you to improve. Our focus is to listen to the client’s requirements, present the software and most importantly understand your needs. At dezrez we genuinely feel less is more and simply let our product do the talking... Most of it anyway.

It seems boys have been unofficially banned from our upstairs office which is home to our exclusively female conveyancing team. The girls know their stuff and are focussed on delivering a first class service to agents and clients who use the dezrez integrated conveyancing facility within the software. They'll push your cases through as quickly as possible and will even provide a referral fee for having the pleasure of working with you and your clients. Our Business Development Manager gingerly pops into the office from time to time but he feels safer out on the road making sure our agents make the most of the service on offer.
